We need Sponsorship!

We are seeking support from our community with sponsorship. We are anticipating that the awards will cost us approximately $8,600 to hold. We are seeking support to meet some of these costs. We have three sponsorship options available and hope that your organisation would be interested in supporting us under one of these options. We will acknowledge all our sponsors on our event running sheet and our website.
Award Sponsor: Your organisation is a major sponsor of an award category. Your donation of $400 covers the prize cost for the two recipients of a particular award. The award category is named after you eg ‘Kaikōura Business Customer Service Award’. You are invited to attend the awards event and to make an optional short speech at the presentation of the award. Event Sponsor: Your organisation supports other costs associated with running the event. Your donation of $200 will be used to cover costs such as; professional photography to help create lasting memories, printing/certificate costs and decorations. You are invited to attend the awards event. Kai Sponsor: We are looking for support from community to provide kai on the awards night. We have around 150 people attending the night, and provide a light / finger food style supper for attendees. Your contribution could look like the donation of a plate, or providing catering at cost. |
